If you're a regular listener of Pete Tong's 'Essential Selection' radio show, there are not too many surprises here. Other than what must have been a monumental licensing job to get these tracks togehter, and the odd bone (last track on set) he threw to Oakie with his strange single. This set represents the latest addition to Pete's Essential Series he began last year.

A powerful female force in the male-dominated realm of DJ-ing is emerging with the current US tour and upcoming mix set of Miss Nine. She has a wide range of musical tastes from upfront anthems to more progressive grooves. With her debut mix CD, "Yoshitoshi Ibiza", Miss Nine becomes the first female to mix a compilation for the Deep Dish corp Yoshitoshi Recordings.
